Happy Halloween 2013

Halloween is a yearly celebration observed in a number of countries every year on October 31.

Typical Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, attending costume parties, decorating, carving pumpkins, lighting bonfires, apple bobbing, visiting haunted attractions, playing pranks, telling scary stories, and watching horror movies.

Masks and costumes were worn in attempt to mimic the evil spirits or appease them. Trick-or-treating, is an activity for children on or around Halloween in which they proceed from house to house in costumes, asking for treats with the questions “trick or treat?”, the trick part being a threat to play a trick on the homeowner or his property if no treat is given.

INDUSTRIAL VINTAGE DESIGN

Using vintage weathered items in home décor has become popular in the last few years. Using industrial items as unique décor mixed with modern items gives any space a sense of authenticity and individuality.
